Processing Time & Local Pick Up
Orders ship Monday-Friday.
Orders that are placed on weekends or select holidays are processed the next business day.
Orders cannot be altered once fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS First Class Package
Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days, based on location. Exact costs and transit times will be provided at checkout.
UPS Next Day Shipping: Cost shown at checkout. Order by 1 PM EST (Mon-Fri) for next business day delivery. No Saturday delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped insured via DHL or UPS. Rates vary by weight and destination. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that customs delays may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.

Undelivered Shipments
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at hmkemporium@gmail.com. Your order will be investigated and either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
